Well, as I look in the mirror to comb my hair, it looks curlier by the day!!! Is this another treatment side? I always wanted to have curly hair!

I had stick straight hair before treatment, now it is wavy.. Not sure if it is old age or a result of treatment but it happened to me. Only thing it didn't do was get rid of the grey! Ha

Well, yes, I think that wavy is more accurate than curly! Plus it has suddenly thinned a great deal (this is week 17) and that is just fine since it is a very hot summer and I normally have very think hair!

Never heard of that one ladies. Perhaps the texture changes as it thins. Mine just thinned but then it is wavy anyway.

It changed mine, Betsy. My hair was much curlier before tx. I lost just about all of it during the treatemnt because I had a double whammy with having psoriasis from head to toe, and that also makes for thinning hair. My hair first grew in much straighter, and three times as thick, not it is more wavy than curly-hate that- and for some reason is also getting thinner than how it grew in. The one thing that I can say is that it does seem to grow quickly, and it was down past my butt. I have slowly had ti shortened as the ends get really dead and wispy. LOL, much more information than your post asked for. Get the Nioxin. I believe that you need to get mot only the shampoo, but the conditioner and the other types of products that you would normally use. Feel good, kiddo. You are almost at the end of this difficult period, but the trade off will be so worth it.

This is curious. I went to school for cosmetology. People with straight hair have round hair folicals coming through your scalp. People with curly hair have oval shaped folicals. I can understand the thinning with the chemicals. Strange.
